We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — we founded Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London that we're deeply proud of.

Sam is on the floor most days, working alongside our team — because we both believe in leading from the front.

The people who work with us aren't just employees; they're part of our family.

We're a small, close-knit group and we're honest about that — we only work with the right people, and when we find them, we invest in them properly.

We're passionate about this industry and everything it can offer.

We believe that amazing hospitality should always be a joy — for our guests and for the people delivering it.

If you share that belief, and want to be part of a team that takes its craft seriously while having fun doing it, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for front of house staff — waiters, waitresses and bar staff — who love hospitality and take real pride in looking after people.

Whether you're highly experienced and ready for a new home, or earlier in your career with the right attitude and a genuine passion for the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What we can't teach is warmth, work ethic and genuine pride in the job. If you have those, we can build the rest together.

You'll Fit Right In If You

  • Believe in the joy of providing amazing hospitality — and know it should always be fun
  • Are warm, attentive and calm under pressure
  • Love hospitality and genuinely enjoy making people's day
  • Know how to read a table and make guests feel genuinely looked after
  • Are curious about food and drink and want to keep learning
  • Are a team player who makes the shift better for everyone around you
  • Want to build a career, not just fill a shift

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + tronc
  • (tips)
  • Full training and ongoing development from day one
  • Staff meals on every shift
  • 50% staff discount across all
  • Sam's venues
  • A family environment where you're known, valued and looked after
  • Real opportunities to progress within the group

Come and work with us. Learn with us. Grow with us.

If this sounds like the place for you, we'd love to hear from you.
