We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — we founded Sam'sRiverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two MichelinGuide-listed brasseries in West London that we're deeply proud of.
Sam is on the floor most days, working alongside our team —because we both believe in leading from the front. The people who work with usaren't just employees; they're part of our family. The Role
We're looking for front of house staff — waiters, waitressesand bar staff — who love hospitality and take real pride in looking afterpeople. Whether you're highly experienced and ready for a new home, or earlierin your career with the right attitude and a genuine passion for the industry,we'd love to hear from you.
What we can't teach is warmth, work ethic and genuine pride inthe job. If you have those, we can build the rest together.
