Role Overview: As Bar Manager at Sam’s, you’ll oversee all aspects of the bar operation - from team leadership and stock control to service standards and profitability. You’ll be responsible for cultivating a talented, motivated bar team while delivering a drinks experience that matches the quality of our food. With a sharp eye for detail, strong product knowledge, and a hands-on approach, you’ll drive performance, shape the drinks offering, and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable visit, whether they’re ordering a morning coffee, an aperitif, or a signature cocktail.
Pay: Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc.
