Role Overview: As General Manager at Sam’s, you’ll lead the entire restaurant team and be the driving force behind its day-to-day and long-term success. With a focus on people, performance, and profitability, you’ll oversee every element of operations from service and staffing to stock, systems, events, and guest experience. You’ll inspire and empower your team, represent the venue with pride, and work closely with the directors to deliver results that reflect the quality, warmth, and excellence the Sam’s brand is known for.

Pay: Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc.
