Role Overview: As Senior Sous Chef at Sam’s, you’ll be the Head Chef’s right hand - managing kitchen operations, coaching the team, and ensuring service runs smoothly from prep to pass. You’ll help shape menus, lead ordering and stock control, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and consistency. With a strong sense of ownership and calm under pressure, you’ll play a key leadership role in both the day-to-day running of the kitchen and its long-term development.

Pay: House salary + an average of tronc.
