As a Senior Chef de Partie at Sam’s, you’ll take charge of a specific kitchen section, ensuring dishes are consistently executed to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating food using the finest seasonal ingredients from our trusted artisan suppliers, all while upholding our Anglo‑French culinary roots. You’ll work closely with your fellow chefs to maintain a clean, organised kitchen, guide junior team‑members, and deliver exceptional quality during every service.
