Sampura Research in London seeks founding Members of Technical Staff to shape the research and engineering direction and own end-to-end problems within our agenda. You will join a small team to scope ambitious questions, publish papers, and contribute to evaluation benchmarks.
You will build evaluations for judge protocols, explore learning-to-defer and human-in-the-loop improvements, and develop large-scale inference and evaluation pipelines, with mentoring and leadership opportunities.
