Reporting to the HR Team Leader & Data Analyst, our HR Co‑ordinators are responsible for managing all employee administrative tasks, supporting all businesses within the Vp Group.
As the first point of contact for HR, the HR Co‑ordinator will provide day‑to‑day guidance on queries, being an integral part of the HR Team. With a customer first mind‑set, always striving to exceed our customer expectations and deliver a first‑class customer experience, you will also provide support to the wider HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to employees and the HR team with a customer‑focused approach
- Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate HR system data, including salaries, hours, holidays, and exceptions
- Generate timely and accurate reports using HR data and Excel
- Communicate confidently via phone and face‑to‑face, ensuring regular contact with internal stakeholders
- Respond flexibly and promptly to queries and support HR projects
- Process payroll‑related data (new starters, leavers, and changes) within deadlines
- Collaborate with the HR team, including international colleagues, to manage global employee data
- Uphold GDPR compliance and regularly review processes
- Take ownership of personal development, suggesting role enhancements and learning opportunities
- Improve efficiency and accuracy by refining processes and documentation
- Proactively address recurring issues by liaising with other teams to resolve errors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role or administrative function
- Excellent attention to detail

- Knowledge of using Excel

- CIPD level 3 (in progress is an advantage, but not essential)
