Build the global revenue engine behind some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands. Sampl Technologies is a profitable, high-growth tech scale-up redefining how global FMCG and consumer brands run product sampling and cashback campaigns turning them into measurable, data-led growth channels.
Sampl works with household-name brands including Cadbury, NIVEA, Colgate, Estée Lauder, Jimmy Choo and Creed, helping them drive verified purchases, trusted reviews, opt-ins and long-term customer value not just product giveaways. Sampl is listed in the Startup UK Top 100 and is entering a pivotal phase of international scale.
The platform Sampl has built a differentiated, defensible platform trusted by leading brands:
- SamplSend: Targeted digital sampling connected to paid media and owned channels. Every request is validated. Every user journey is tracked. Brands receive clean first-party data, verified reviews and true conversion insight.
- SamplPay: A modern cashback platform replacing traditional voucher campaigns. Brands control who receives offers, where they’re redeemed, and gain full visibility into what was bought, when and by whom.
Together, these products position Sampl at the intersection of MarTech, AdTech, data and commerce with significant headroom to scale internationally.
We are hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to take full ownership of revenue and help lead Sampl through its next stage of growth. This is a true build-and-scale CRO role, with:
- Full accountability for the revenue number
- A seat on the executive leadership team
- Direct partnership with the Founder & CEO and CMO
- Responsibility for building a predictable, scalable, multi-market revenue engine
- A central role in international go-to-market, including the US
- Board-level reporting, forecasting and investor interaction
The role exists because the business is growing and because the Founder wants to build a commercial organisation that does not rely on them to scale.
What you’ll focus on:
- Designing and leading a repeatable, high-quality revenue engine
- Improving qualification, deal progression, forecasting and commercial discipline
- Scaling and developing a high-potential revenue team
- Aligning Sales, Marketing, Product and Partnerships into a single GTM motion
- Owning international expansion strategy and execution
- Operating confidently at board and investor level
This role is aimed at senior commercial leaders who have already scaled revenue in tech environments. You’ll likely bring:
- CRO / VP / Commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or data platforms
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into FMCG or global consumer brands (brand, digital, CRM, media, growth teams)
- A track record of building revenue through process, coaching and structure
- Experience scaling teams and reducing performance variance
- Exposure to international or multi-market expansion
- Comfort owning the number — and the board conversation that comes with it
You’re strategic, but hands-on when needed. You build systems that scale beyond you. Trusted by global household brands. Clear product differentiation and strong market pull. Profitable, ambitious tech scale-up with momentum. High-autonomy executive role with real ownership. Meaningful equity aligned to long-term value creation. A genuine opportunity to shape an international growth story.
This is not a corporate CRO role. It is a chance to build something serious with brands, product and ambition to match. If you want to inherit a machine, this isn’t it. If you want to build one and own the outcome we should talk.
