About Sampl
Our mission is to help brands ensure that every sample reaches someone with a genuine desire for the product, enabling precisely targeted campaigns that deliver tangible results. We help leading brands — from Cadbury to Clarins to Estée Lauder — engage audiences through social and online media to deliver highly targeted product sampling campaigns across Europe, the US, and APAC. Our end‑to‑end sampling solutions drive loyalty and engagement while helping brands acquire rich first‑party data and authentic product reviews.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of spending at least one day per week in our bright and welcoming Brighton office.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Campaign Success, in this role you will take full ownership of campaign execution — from brief to delivery — working with some of the world’s leading brands across beauty, personal care, FMCG and more. You’ll manage digital product sampling campaigns across global markets (UK, US, EU, APAC), coordinating between clients, media teams and fulfilment partners to ensure each campaign goes live on time, runs smoothly and delivers measurable results. This is an ideal role for a detail‑obsessed, client‑focused digital marketer with strong organisational and communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of digital sampling campaigns, from client brief to final reporting, working with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in FMCG, beauty and personal care.
- Take ownership of campaign outcomes, proactively identifying risks, optimisation opportunities and improvements throughout delivery.
- Provide best‑practice advice and expert guidance on media strategy and execution across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google, publishers and other channels.
- Prepare and deliver post‑campaign analysis reports to provide clients with insightful performance updates and data‑led recommendations.
- Work closely with our fulfilment team to ensure campaigns are booked with our third‑party partners, samples are dispatched promptly and sample stock is received and processed correctly.
- Work closely with clients and designers to deliver world‑class creatives, ensuring assets such as ads, landing pages and campaign emails are set up correctly, with best practice in mind, and are on‑brand for the client you’re working with.
What We’re Looking For
- The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing / social media / email / CRM.
- Experience setting up and optimising paid media campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok, paid search) is essential.
- Experience in / with vouchering or cashback campaigns is also desirable. Bonus points for experience in data analysis or market research too.
- Excellent verbal and written English and comfortable leading client calls, presenting performance insights and confidently advising on campaign decisions.
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset – you spot issues and fix them before they escalate.
- Tech‑literate and quick to learn new tools and processes.
- You will enjoy working within a fast‑paced team and be confident to contribute towards the overall success of the team, while also able to work on your own initiative.
- Marketing agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
Benefits
- Hybrid working set‑up.
- Auto‑enrolment in the company‑wide benefits scheme.
- EMI share options – be part of our growth journey.
- Health Cash Plan, Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme.
