The Role
Reporting into the Head of Campaign Success, in this role you will support the end-to-end execution of digital product sampling campaigns — from brief through to delivery — working with some of the world's leading brands across beauty, personal care, FMCG, and more. You’ll be responsible for delivering sampling campaigns across global markets (UK, US, EU, APAC), coordinating between clients, media teams, and fulfillment partners to ensure each campaign goes live on time, runs smoothly, and delivers measurable results. You’ll work closely with senior team members for guidance and escalation, building confidence and capability as you progress. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive digital marketer who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is looking to develop their skills in campaign delivery and optimisation.
Requirements
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of digital sampling campaigns, from client brief to final reporting, working with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in FMCG, beauty and personal care.
- Take ownership of campaign outcomes, monitoring performance closely and escalating risks where needed.
- Support the planning and execution of media activity across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google, publishers, and other channels, applying platform best practices with guidance from senior team members.
- Prepare and deliver post campaign analysis reports to provide clients with insightful performance updates and data-led recommendations.
- Work closely with our fulfilment team to ensure campaigns are booked in with our third-party partners, samples are dispatched promptly, and that sample stock is received and processed correctly.
- Work closely with clients and designers to deliver world-class creatives, ensuring assets such as ads, landing pages and campaign emails are set up correctly, with best practice in mind, and are on-brand for the client that you’re working with.
What We’re Looking For
- The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing / social media / email / CRM.
- Exposure to setting up and optimising paid media campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok, paid search) is essential.
- Bonus points for experience of or exposure to managing vouchering or cashback campaigns.
- Experience or interest in data analysis or market research.
- Excellent verbal and written English and comfortable communicating on client calls, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
- Tech literate and quick to learn new tools and processes.
- You will enjoy working within a fast-paced team and be confident to contribute towards the overall success of the team, whilst also able to work on your own initiative.
- Marketing agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
Benefits
- Hybrid working set-up.
- Auto-enrolment in the company-wide benefits scheme.
- EMI share options – be part of our growth journey.
- Health Cash Plan, Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme.
