Hours: 9-6pm / 5.30pm
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities
- Studio Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day studio management and operations
- Answer calls and support general administration tasks
- Client management
- Maintain office facilities, safety compliance, and supplies
- Handle tech contracts and basic troubleshooting
- Lead planning of annual events (e.g., holiday parties)
- Coordinate staff travel and team events
- Diary management
- Client & project Management: Prioritise, monitor and respond to leads and enquiries
- Weekly planning across projects
- Management of project documentation
- Lead time management
- Procurement
- Coordinating diaries and appointments
- Team & Culture: Manage gifting for clients and colleagues
- Coordinate staff travel and team events
- Manage invoicing, payments and bookkeeping
- Process VAT returns and tax payments
