Our client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their sales team in their London showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and networking skills, offering an exceptional, professional, and friendly service that drives sales and strengthens brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to showroom visitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both private and trade clients.
- Listen closely to customer needs, provide expert product and design advice, and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain an immaculate showroom environment, ensuring displays are always at their best.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and events.
- Represent the company at product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Keep the sales database accurate and up to date.
Key experience:
- At least 2 years experience, ideally in the luxury or high-end interiors sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A commercially minded individual with a strong grasp of numbers.
- A team player with a positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for selling.
- Proficiency with Apple Mac, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
