European A&D Business Development Manager (FF&E sales)

Location: London (Hybrid)

The Role

Join a dynamic, fast-growing creative studio based in London. With established showrooms in West Hollywood and New York. We are seeking an ambitious and passionate European Business Development Manager to lead sales growth into the Architecture & Design community, covering London, the Home Counties, and wider European markets.

In this client-facing role, you’ll be instrumental in building brand presence, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Working closely with a talented team, you’ll elevate an already respected name in the interiors world and deliver consistent growth across a key international territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across the A&D community, with a focus on the luxury residential sector.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Split time between showroom-based activities and proactive external business development (approx. 50/50).
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and client meetings to showcase the collection and bespoke capabilities.
  • Represent the brand at leading design shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while supporting wider business growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury furniture, textiles or rug sales within the A&D sector, ideally with a High end residential focus.
  • Proven track record of success in high-end, design-led sales.
  • Strong network of established relationships within the A&D community.
  • Experience managing bespoke and custom design projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • A keen eye for design and awareness of industry trends.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
