Responsibilities include holding regular house meetings, creating and updating staff rotas, and managing house finances. Consult with the house team and Head of Care to set objectives and participate in regular evaluations to ensure compliance with CSA policy and procedures and official body requirements, such as SSSC and Care Inspectorate. Actively promote the social pedagogical principles of CSA and provide guidance and support to staff and volunteers in accordance with these principles.
