The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic oversight of estate management, compliance, maintenance planning, capital development, sustainability and infrastructure.

You will lead long-term planning and investment while ensuring our buildings, land and facilities remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

We are looking for a senior estates, facilities, infrastructure or asset management professional with experience of complex environments, strong leadership skills and the ability to balance practical delivery with long-term strategic thinking.
