The Assistant House Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of one of our residential houses, helping to create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for children and young adults with additional support needs. Working closely with the House Co-ordinator and wider care team, the successful candidate will support staff supervision, rota planning, care standards, training, and the overall wellbeing and development of the young people in our care.
