At Camphill School Aberdeen, we currently have an opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic ASN Day Services Student Practitioner to join our Day Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Within the learning for life day services team, your primary task will be to create and maintain a supportive work, learning and/or therapeutic environment for children/young people in their workshops.
  • Assist in the provision of a safe and meaningful learning environment both individually and as part of a team, to help young people achieve their potential by strengthening areas where they can develop.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience of working with additional support needs (children and/or (young) adults).
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards suitable qualifications to meet SSSC requirements).
  • SSSC registration with/without conditions.
  • PVG membership for work with children and vulnerable adults.
