Customer Implementation Manager - UK

Our SAM4 technology uses electrical signature analysis and artificial intelligence to provide real‑time insights, alerts and predictive maintenance for industrial assets such as pumps, conveyors and fans.

About the role

As a local

Customer Success Manager you will guide our UK customers through the full value journey, ensuring adoption of SAM4 and embedding insights into daily operations.

You will collaborate closely with our Leiden‑based teams and meet clients in the South of the UK to support implementation, governance and continuous value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the organization in Leiden to deliver best‑in‑class service, reflecting our “Act instead of react” ethos.
  • Co‑locate regularly with clients across southern regions to support implementation and embedment of SAM4.
  • Prioritize and manage your time across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Own customer value delivery, driving adoption of SAM4 insights on asset health and energy optimisation.
  • Orchestrate internal Samotics specialist support to meet customers’ needs.
  • Proactively set up processes and governance structures for daily operations.
  • Translate technical information from SAM4 into business outcomes for maintenance, operations and leadership.
  • Document and report lessons learned, ROI evidence and escalation risks.
  • Manage relationships with maintenance and operations teams, and senior stakeholders, driving strategic transformation.
  • Represent the Samotics brand consistently.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations when on site.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, operations or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts or projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Strong, convincing communicator and relationship builder.
  • Empathetic, proactive and focus‑on‑value mindset.
  • Based in the South of the UK with willingness to travel regionally.
  • UK driving licence.
