Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Purchasing and Planning Manager to join their team based in Eastbourne. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, driving performance and accountability
  • Oversee production planning, purchasing, and scheduling functions
  • Ensure on-time delivery targets are met for both customers and suppliers
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to support business growth
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in purchasing and planning within a low volume, high complexity manufacturing environment
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
