Our client, a well-established manufacturing organisation, are looking for a Production Engineer to join their team in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting production processes, driving continuous improvement, and assisting with new product introduction (NPI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, resolve manufacturing issues, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. This is a hands-on role with occasional travel to client sites for meetings and project support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and oversee manufacturing processes
- Lead and maintain 8D/RMA processes and root cause analysis activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications
- Analyse production performance and recommend improvements to cost, quality, and efficiency
