Our client, based in Battle, is looking for multiple Waste Recycling Operatives for ongoing ad hoc day shifts. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working within a busy waste and recycling environment. You will be part of a team responsible for sorting, processing, and handling a variety of recyclable materials, helping to ensure safe and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials on a conveyor or picking line
- Manual handling of waste and recyclable items

- Identifying and removing non-recyclable or hazardous materials where required
- Supporting wider site operations as needed
- Working efficiently as part of the recycling team to meet daily targets
