Our client is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead their service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and a consistently high guest experience.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service and professional standards.
Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily briefings to maintain adequate service coverage.
Maintain strong communication with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Uphold cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere standards across all dining and reception areas.
Oversee reservations, table plans, and guest flow to maximise service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies and coordinate timely ordering.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of front-of-house staff.
Ensure POS systems, cash handling, and daily takings are completed accurately.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within restaurants or hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational abilities with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
Good working knowledge of reservation systems, POS, and service software.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
