We're seeking a motivated Trainee Assembler to join a well-established business in Ash Vale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components accurately to required specifications.
  • Follow assembly instructions and quality standards.
  • Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet expectations.
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop practical skills.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Support the wider team in achieving production targets.

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements

  • Previous assembly or practical experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, organised and motivated.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
