This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded and commercially driven professional to support end-user customers and representatives by understanding their needs, identifying solutions, and providing technical support. Job type: Full time, permanent Location: Hailsham Salary: Competitive Excellent benefits Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth desktop research to uncover new business opportunities and potential OEM partners, presenting tailored solutions via online meetings. Generate and qualify leads through proactive networking at conferences, industry events, and other engagement channels. Convert new opportunities into successful partnerships, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. Manage and exceed the requirements and expectations of existing OEM clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Build and nurture long-term relationships, collaborating closely with the wider sales team to maximise results. Drive product awareness by delivering engaging webinars, participating in conferences, and creating impactful content for social media. Gather and interpret customer feedback, perform competitive market analysis, and provide valuable insights to influence product development and strategy.
