We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for a Team Leader / Senior Support Worker to join their dedicated support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about making a positive difference, supporting individuals to maintain their independence, and ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care.

Working as part of a committed team, you will play an important role in supporting both individuals and colleagues.

You will provide guidance to Support Workers, help coordinate the day-to-day running of the service, and ensure care is delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver high standards of care.

Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision and support to colleagues, helping them develop within their roles.

Assist with planning staff rotas and coordinating daily activities to ensure effective service delivery.

Support individuals with their personal goals, daily activities and independence.

Build positive relationships with individuals, families, colleagues and external professionals.

Contribute to support plans, risk assessments and reviews, ensuring individual needs are understood and met.

Monitor care standards and ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.
