Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Farnham. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Train, support, and develop warehouse staff
- Monitor performance and productivity against targets and deadlines
- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is properly maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise warehouse operations
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Forklift certification is desirable but not essential
