Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join their team based near Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service visits, maintenance work, and call-outs efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing service updates.
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records, job logs, and documentation.
- Monitor service workflows, prioritising urgent requests where required.
- Prepare reports, update systems, and ensure data accuracy at all times.
- Support the service team with general administration and ad hoc duties.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
