Are you an experienced SIA Licensed Services or Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of security and cleaning services within a busy, customer facing environment. This is a varied leadership role where you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming site while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance and customer service.
Working closely with operational teams and site management, you will lead security and cleaning colleagues, oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated security and cleaning services
- Manage, motivate and develop security officers, cleaning operatives and supervisors
- Plan staff rotas, resource allocation and daily operational priorities
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness across all public and back-of-house areas
- Oversee incident response, emergency procedures and site security operations
- Carry out regular quality inspections, audits and compliance checks
- Ensure health and safety, COSHH adherence
- Manage contractor access, visitor safety and operational activities across the site
- Produce accurate reports on incidents
