Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for leading and developing high performing teams? Our client is looking for a commercially minded Sales Team Leader to oversee the daily performance of a busy sales outreach team. You would be joining a growing business where you'd play a key role in driving team performance, improving sales processes and supporting the achievement of ambitious business goals. Working closely with senior management, you will ensure the sales team remains motivated, organised and focused on delivering exceptional results. Whilst this isn't a traditional sales role, you'll use your sales knowledge and leadership skills to coach the team, monitor performance and help maximise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the day-to-day activities
- Monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs, activity levels and call targets are achieved
- Coach, mentor and motivate team members to maximise individual and team success
- Oversee pipeline progression and ensure opportunities are managed
- Maintain CRM systems, reporting and sales administration
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Work alongside senior management to develop performance initiatives and bonus schemes
- Foster a positive, collaborative and results driven team culture
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of the sales process, performance metrics and customer engagement
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, coaching and people management skills
- Confident making decisions and driving team accountability
