UK Sales & Marketing Officer Location: TN37 Full-time | Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We’re currently recruiting for a dynamic and driven UK Sales & Marketing Officer on behalf of a leading independent school with a strong international presence and a forward-thinking ethos. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in sales, marketing, PR, or business development to take ownership of UK student recruitment and play a key role in shaping the school’s national presence. The Role This position requires an energetic, persuasive communicator with a results-driven approach. You\’ll be responsible for developing the school\’s UK outreach strategy, attending events, building relationships with key stakeholders, and guiding prospective families from first contact through to enrolment. Key Responsibilities Represent the school at UK education events, exhibitions, and local networking opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community organisations, and prospective families. Lead UK PR and media engagement, including press releases and securing local coverage. Organise and manage school events such as open days, tours, and community visits. Manage a pipeline of enquiries, working collaboratively with the admissions team to ensure conversion. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all external communications align with the school’s values and vision. About You Strong background in sales, marketing, PR, or business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking with a wide range of audiences. Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in education or knowledge of the independent school sector is desirable but not essential.
