Job Type: Permanent Fulltime Location: Farnborough Salary: £27,000 (Year 1-2 OTE £12k commission) Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Potential for international job relocationKey Responsibilities Customer Focused – Providing comprehensive and unbiased advice to customers on the products on offer. Pro-active Client Engagement – You will be working on warm leads from potential clients who have enquired about the products on offer through our website. In Depth Product Knowledge –You will be able to confidently and accurately explain the services available and address any queries or concerns. Quote Generation & Presentation – Generate accurate quotes based off the client’s needs & information. You will also effectively present these quotes to clients and explain all options available based on their needs. Relationship Building – Fully understand what your clients’ needs are and to effectively allow you meet these needs.Skills, Experience & Training Requirements A proven sales background Graduate or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An understanding of insurance products & industry trends Strong problem solving ability & proactive mindset Customer focused background and dedication to providing market leading service Fluency in either Russian, Spanish, Italian or German, desirable but not essentialHow to Apply If this role sounds like something that you would be interested in, we would love to hear from you.
