Sales Consultant / Negotiator – Residential Sales Rye | Full-Time | £25,000 Basic + OTE up to £40,000 Need Full Driving Licence Seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Consultant / Negotiator to join our Residential Sales Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers, playing a vital role in managing enquiries, arranging viewings, and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we offer full training—including access to The Able Agent’s CePAP qualification—and a clear path to further industry accreditation and career progression. What You\’ll Do: Respond to buyer enquiries promptly and qualify leads effectively Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to sellers Keep the CRM system and property listings fully updated Collaborate with the team on offers, feedback, and negotiations Maintain accurate records and follow secure key-handling protocols Support the office by handling calls, emails, and website leads throughout the day What We’re Looking For: Confident, polite, and professional communication skills Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information A genuine interest in property and helping clients find the right home Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm One Saturday in four: 8:45am – 4:30pm (with a day off in lieu) 20 days holiday + bank holidaysIf you’re ready to build a career in property sales with great training and support, we’d love to hear from you.
