Our client is seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced QA Tester to join their dev ops team and help establish a strong testing practice from the ground up. This is a new and exciting opportunity to shape testing and quality assurance within the company.

You’ll work closely with developers and product stakeholders, designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and introducing best practices to ensure all systems are reliable, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, write, and execute manual (and eventually automated) test cases for new and existing features
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify test strategies early in the development cycle
Track, document, and manage defects throughout the lifecycle
Introduce and implement testing processes, tools, and best practices
Build and maintain a growing suite of repeatable, reliable test cases
Advocate for quality in sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives
Skills & Experience Required:

You’ll need 2–3+ years of hands-on QA experience in a software development environment, ready to bring structure and expertise to existing testing processes.
You’ll be a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and can help build things from scratch.
Strong understanding of software testing best practices, test design, and defect management
Experience testing web-based platforms (functional, regression, exploratory testing)
Ability to quickly understand complex systems and identify edge cases
Clear and concise communicator with a collaborative mindset
Bonus: experience with test automation frameworks or scripting Benefits
