You ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, working alongside another Property Manager to provide a professional and responsive service to landlords, leaseholders and tenants. This role would suit someone with strong residential property management experience who is confident managing AGMs and Section 20 consultation processes and is comfortable taking ownership of their portfolio.
