Our client is looking for a commercially minded Sales Team Leader to oversee the daily performance of a busy sales outreach team. You would be joining a growing business where you'd play a key role in driving team performance, improving sales processes and supporting the achievement of ambitious business goals. Working closely with senior management, you will ensure the sales team remains motivated, organised and focused on delivering exceptional results. Whilst this isn't a traditional sales role, you'll use your sales knowledge and leadership skills to coach the team, monitor performance and help maximise opportunities. What’s on Offer?
