Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for keeping projects running smoothly? We're recruiting on behalf of a well established business looking for a proactive individual to join its busy operations team. This is a varied role where you will work across multiple departments, supporting the delivery of campaigns while ensuring systems, schedules and databases are maintained to a high standard. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule customer requirements.
- Manage workflows, ensuring all assets meet required specifications.
- Maintain accurate tracking systems and internal databases.
- Produce regular reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide first-class administrative and operational support.
- Assist with a variety of projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experienced within an administration or coordination role.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently to meet deadlines.
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable building professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting a busy team.
Experience working with management systems, scheduling or coordination would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
