Are you ready to make a significant impact on stock control for key marketing initiatives? Our client is offering a full time role 9am to 5pm, for a proactive Marketing Administrator with a creative flare to join their team. You will also play a key part in supporting their brand standards and ensuring that marketing materials are always up to date and available. What’s on Offer? Salary: £25000 – £27000 Competitive Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Career Growth: Opportunity to work closely with the marketing manager and collaborate across teams to drive success Dynamic Environment: Be part of a fast-paced, innovative company with a focus on quality and brand excellence Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Stock Management: Dispatch all marketing requests daily and update on key programmes to ensure accurate stock level monitoring Stock Control: Manage overall marketing stock control, running monthly stock takes, and ensuring accurate updates PO Management: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for new marketing orders and liaise with the Purchasing team regarding materials that need to be reordered System Maintenance: Maintain the system to ensure seamless stock management and accurate monthly stock takes Replenishment: Manage monthly replenishment of marketing materials worldwide, maintaining strong relationships with contacts Monthly Breakdown: Circulate monthly marketing breakdowns to the Marketing Manager for inclusion in the overall marketing board report Workshop Coordination: Work with various workshops to process jobs for marketing requirements, ensuring timely completion Supporting Tasks: Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain close relationships with all departments to ensure effective communication regarding delays or issues with marketing materials Office Marketing Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies on a monthly basis Quality Control: Quality check deliveries, ensure stock is labelled and put away properly, and collaborate with other teams to ensure quality control Supplier Liaison: Source and manage suppliers, assisting with trade sales initiatives and liaising with trusted/new suppliers Workspace Organisation: Ensure the workspace remains tidy, organised, and efficient at all times Administrative Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support to the marketing team as needed Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Experience: Previous experience working with ERP and CRM systems Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing and inputting data Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload Problem-Solving: Confident problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively Teamwork & Communication: A team player with strong communication skills Initiative: Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks Education: A-C grade GCSE in Maths and English, or equivalent How to Apply: If you're excited about this opportunity and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
