Are you an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Team Leader to join their busy manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience who enjoys supporting and developing a team while ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities within your designated work area, promoting best practice, maintaining quality standards and helping to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities
