Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules and timelines
- Providing project administration and document control
- Updating and maintaining project management systems
- Preparing weekly project reports
- Liaising with suppliers and coordinating procurement of materials
- Managing incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Escalating project issues where necessary
- Ordering materials and tracking deliveries

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
