Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage content across a range of internal and external systems.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule, with any changes communicated in advance.
- Liaise with sales and administration teams to coordinate artwork and meet deadlines.
- Review and amend creative content when required to meet specifications.
- Check availability of assets and platforms ahead of campaign launches.
- Coordinate photography requirements, briefs, and file delivery.
- Support project management tasks including installations, maintenance visits, and the preparation of risk assessments and permits.
- Act as a key link between internal teams, venues, and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
