We are looking for a compassionate, organised, and detail-oriented Front of House to join a well-established and professional team providing high-quality service to clients and visitors. This is a front-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for individuals during sensitive or emotional circumstances. You'll play a key part in maintaining a calm and welcoming environment while ensuring all administrative processes are carried out with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner, offering refreshments and assistance.
  • Manage appointment bookings and liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Handle telephone calls and initial enquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Support private visits by checking identification and guiding visitors as needed.
  • Accurately record updates, correspondence, and visitor information into the internal management system.
  • Assist with general administration duties, including preparing letters, handling mail, daily task completion, and end-of-day banking.
  • Record and support the handling and collection of personal items with care and precision.
  • Receive deliveries and record them appropriately, ensuring processes are followed correctly.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area at all times.
