Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage warehouse staff by providing training, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Oversee the use of forklifts and other equipment to facilitate safe handling of materials within the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock accuracy.
