This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious Event Manager to take full ownership of delivering high-impact events for global clients. Blending leadership, creativity, and project management, you will shape exceptional experiences, from conferences and kick-offs to cultural events, while acting as the key point of contact throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on event trends, including sustainability and tech integrations
- Act as the lead contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
- Negotiate contracts with venues, hotels, and suppliers
- Lead and support both internal teams and external collaborators
- Develop and manage event budgets, often in multiple currencies
- Provide reporting and post-event analytics to clients
- Deliver in-person, virtual, or hybrid events to a high standard
- Take full responsibility for project timelines, team coordination, and deliverables
- Shape the creative vision and concept of each event based on client goals
- Maintain effective communication across all parties involved in project delivery
- Ensure financial accountability throughout project delivery
- Manage the full life cycle of events, from planning through to on-site execution
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar event management role
- Strong background in project management and team leadership
- Proven success delivering complex events in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
- Excellent budgeting skills, including working with multi-currency accounts
- Flexible approach to working hours and international travel
- Proactive, confident, and solution oriented
- Strong knowledge of event trends, technologies, and sustainability practices
