We are recruiting for a Service Engineer to support the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of systems and components. This is a hands-on technical role working within a specialist environment where precision, quality, and problem solving are essential. You will play a key part in ensuring products meet strict specifications and customer requirements, while also contributing to continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and product design.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications
- Support assembly and testing of systems, ensuring compliance with performance standards
- Carry out fault finding, problem solving, and root cause analysis on design and manufacturing issues
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and quality standards
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding technical requirements and specifications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product design
- Travel to client sites when required to support installation, servicing, or technical support activities
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
