What’s on Offer? Job type: Full time, permanent Location: Eastbourne Salary: £Competitive Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage forward-looking production schedules across manufacturing cells. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to agree and manage delivery dates. Maximise the use of the ERP/order management system and maintain clear visibility of orders. Monitor production capacity against demand and identify potential delays or critical issues. Work closely with Cell Leaders to support on-time delivery and resolve scheduling issues. Produce and publish production and delivery performance metrics. Identify priorities, make timely decisions, and take ownership of scheduling through to completion. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills. Strong analytical and numeracy skills with good attention to detail. Strong Excel and systems knowledge, with confidence working with ERP systems. Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and make decisions within agreed guidelines. Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar manufacturing environment is desirable. Degree educated or qualified by experience.
