Are you an experienced CNC Operative looking to join a growing manufacturing business with excellent long term prospects? We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operative to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role working within a modern manufacturing environment, operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have previous CNC experience, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, alternating between early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce components to specification
  • Set up machinery accurately using technical drawings and CAD files
  • Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise efficiency and workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Identify and report any machinery issues or process improvements

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

  • Experience operating CNC Punch and Press Brake machines
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of complex machinery
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
