Are you an experienced CNC Operative looking to join a growing manufacturing business with excellent long term prospects? We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operative to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role working within a modern manufacturing environment, operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have previous CNC experience, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, alternating between early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce components to specification
- Set up machinery accurately using technical drawings and CAD files
- Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency

- Identify and report any machinery issues or process improvements
Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC Punch and Press Brake machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of complex machinery
