We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Eastbourne for a Property Maintenance Administrator to join their rapidly growing maintenance department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same. The right candidate will act as key coordinator between clients, tenants and a team of field operatives. You’ll manage incoming requests, schedule jobs and provide administrative support to ensure that maintenance work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound calls and emails from customers, contractors and internal teams
- Logging and coordinating maintenance and repair works
- Allocating jobs to operatives
- Updating internal job management systems with accurate progress updates
- Monitoring outstanding works and following up on incomplete or delayed jobs
- Liaising with customers and contractors to provide updates and resolve queries
- Assisting with invoicing and general administrative duties
- Providing day-to-day support to the wider property and maintenance team
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience within property maintenance, facilities management, housing, construction, or contractor administration
- Experience using scheduling, CRM, or job management systems desirable
