Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Team Leader to join their team based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a growing and dynamic business, supporting the day-to-day running of workshop operations. This role combines leadership with practical, technical involvement and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a team while remaining hands-on within a busy workshop environment.

- Job type: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Kent
- Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 (flexible early start available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day workshop operations
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and dispatched on time
- Oversee preparation, refurbishment, and testing of equipment
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting
- Manage stock levels, tools, and workshop equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Allocate tasks and monitor workloads across the team
- Liaise with senior management to report progress and resolve issues
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
- Previous experience within a warehouse, workshop, or logistics environment
- Supervisory or team leader experience
