Customer Service Representative (Swedish Speaking) in Aldershot

We’re looking for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Services Representative to join a busy team in Aldershot, combining customer support, order processing, administration and sales. Salary: £26,500 – £35,800 per annum Location: Aldershot Start date: January 2027 A varied role combining customer service, administration and sales. The opportunity to develop product knowledge and build strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and helpful support. Communicate confidently with Swedish-speaking customers, handling enquiries by telephone and email. Process standard and bespoke orders accurately, ensuring customer requirements are met. Advise customers on product suitability and offer alternatives where items are unavailable. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives and internal teams. Handle account queries and customer complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Identify opportunities to upsell products and secure additional orders. Monitor open orders, coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate customer records.Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements Fluency in Swedish, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers both verbally and in writing. Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within customer service, sales or telesales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience using SAP would be advantageous. The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
